If your self worth had a shape- what would it look like?
That's the question that kicked off this book- serialized on my Instagram page in 2023 from March-October one page each week. The story touches on my time as a student and a teacher- places where I felt and continue to see the impacts of the things that shape us, both from inside and outside. So often I've found myself shaping myself to conform to expectations from others- finding myself a bit lost and formless at times. SHAPES is a meditation on these processes- how I've experienced them, and how I've worked on finding my shape. Maybe it'll help you find yours too?
