While I'll do my best to fill orders in a timely manner- sometimes it can take a minute- but if you ever have questions about an order status, feel free to reach out!
Please know with any shipping method (domestic or international) I do what I can, but it really is out of my hands when the orders go out- PLEASE make sure your shipping info is up to date when placing orders. If you have an issue with a lost or missing item, reach out and I'll see what I can do.
US Based Shipping- US customers will have their orders shipped USPS. The exact method may vary (Ground Advantage or Media Mail) but it includes tracking and insurance. Currently the cost for standard shipping is $5.25 flat- meaning the charge doesn't go up when you order more items!
Stickers and Buttons "Add On" Shipping. Select "Add On" when purchasing stickers or buttons and it will add them to your order for no extra shipping cost. PLEASE NOTE you can't order buttons or stickers without adding them to an order with books or prints!
International Shipping- is done through USPS. It includes tracking, but no insurance. I fill out the customs form as required and am not responsible for any extra duties or taxes. Packages are marked with "printed matter, no commercial value" it is a habit from sending work internationally and usually helps it through customs, but please understand once it leaves my hands it is really out of my control!
When ordering for International Shipping you'll see options to select based on location and weight- just pick the one that best matches your shipping location. If you are unsure please reach out and I can get you an estimate for shipping based on your destination.

What's the deal with weight (International Orders)? Ok- basically the price changes after 8 oz (about 2 books)- the good news is that the next tier covers you up to 2 lbs. Again, please reach out before placing an order and I'm happy to get you an estimate on shipping costs.
Returns/ Exchanges Policy
I do hope you are happy with every order. However if you order something and want to return or exchange it please reach out within 30 days.
Items will have to be shipped back at the purchasers cost. Refunds will only be issued once the item is received. Refunds will only be offered on merchandise that is not damaged and can be sold.
Damaged Items
I work to pack orders to they make it to you in tact, but sometimes shipping companies seem to have it out for small press publishing.
If you receive a damaged item please keep the item and the packaging. Please reach out with photo documentation so I can file a shipment claim and I can get working on a replacement.
International orders: please understand that insurance on international orders is not standard as it adds to an already expensive process- regardless I try to pack orders to avoid damage but can not be responsible for what happens when paper based merchandise tries to circumnavigate the globe. Items damaged during international shipping cannot be replaced without additional shipping costs.
