Just like the name says : scrap books are made from end cuts, proofs, and chip board from the studio and coil bound.
They vary in size based on what's available but are typically about 5" on the long side and 3-4" on the short side. The number of pages varies too- they can be a mix of heavier and lighter pages- I measure the page counts at a little over 1/4" tall- so usually they are around 30-40 pages. They feature a riso print cover made from a proof on cardstock and a chipboard back.
Choose "random blanks" for a book with blank pages- or mostly blank pages (there might be some stray printing marks or light track marks from the riso) these could be different colors or all the same color- it just depends on what I have left over!
Choose "random riso" for a book made with cut up riso proofs from various projects. Great if you like to paint, draw, or collage with these unique papers. You can also use it as a riso sample book- but some of the pages get DENSE with layers!
